Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with proven leadership capabilities and handson expertise in key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of approximately 10 testers while actively participating in handson testing activities. This role involves ensuring endtoend quality of applications across the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality of the entire application development lifecycle from planning through delivery.
• Optimize resource allocation throughout the testing lifecycle to maximize efficiency.
• Plan manage and lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies including test plans and scenarios.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure test strategies align with project objectives.
• Establish proactive monitoring processes and create application health dashboards while maintaining focus on detailed execution.
• Provide actionable insights on testing and user stories during the development phase to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve testing efficiency and team productivity.
• Lead mentor and coach the testing team to achieve deadlines and uphold quality standards.

Must Have Skills:

• Indepth understanding of the endtoend application development lifecycle including common pitfalls and areas for quality improvement.
• Strong expertise in identifying gaps in user stories and ensuring thorough followthrough with test management processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of approximately 10 testers.
• Handson experience with both manual and automated testing tools particularly within serviceoriented architecture environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and database testing (including SQL Server Oracle MS Access).
• Strong project management skills with an emphasis on resource allocation and timeline management.
• Significant experience managing the quality of largescale complex technical portfolios.
• Proficient in unit testing coverage and its impact on the overall testing strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and problemsolving abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with using AI for enhancing software testing processes.
• Familiarity with Java Curam and Oracle database environments.

Work Arrangement: This role follows a hybrid work model requiring both remote work and inoffice presence.

This role is part of a Hybrid Work Arrangement and resource(s) will be required to work a minimum of 23 days per week at 5700 Yonge St. or at discretion of Hiring Manager.

Proficiency Breakdown:

• Testing Proficiency: 70% (Automation API SQL Test Automation Frameworks)
• Leadership & Communication: 30% (leading mentoring and guiding a team of 510 testers Team collaboration problemsolving communication)
