This position is responsible for designing, creating, and managing a robust content strategy, ensuring all posts are engaging, brand-aligned, and effectively reach our audience. You will be tasked with building and executing a monthly content calendar, crafting high-quality visuals and written posts, and maintaining a consistent, engaging brand voice across platforms. A successful candidate will drive audience engagement, foster brand loyalty, and contribute to our growth on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Monthly Content Calendar:
You will develop a monthly content calendar that maps out strategic posts and aligns with our overarching brand objectives. The calendar will cover diverse formats—from graphics and photos to videos and written content—that resonate with our target audience. Regular scheduling across multiple platforms will ensure a consistent flow of content to build awareness and engagement.
Content Creation and Curation:
This role involves hands-on creation of original, on-brand content that speaks directly to our followers’ interests. You will be expected to produce high-quality visuals and write compelling captions that maintain a cohesive brand message. The ability to edit photos, videos, and graphics is essential, as is ensuring content stays relevant and timely.
Trend Monitoring and Competitive Analysis:
Staying informed of industry trends, viral content, and competitor activity will enable you to adapt our strategy as necessary. Regular monitoring of social media trends will help keep our content fresh, ensuring we’re creating posts that attract attention and resonate with our audience.
Community Engagement:
You will engage actively with followers by responding to comments and messages, sparking conversations, and nurturing our online community. Through meaningful interactions, this role will foster a strong brand relationship with followers, strengthening their loyalty and encouraging word-of-mouth promotion.
Social Media Metrics and Analytics:
Tracking key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth will be an essential part of the role. Through regular analysis, you will identify successful content, pinpoint areas for improvement, and provide insights on what drives results. These findings will inform future content strategies and improve the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in social media content creation, management, or a similar role. Strong skills in both written and visual communication are required, along with an eye for detail in design. Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and experience using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is essential. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is also a plus. You should be comfortable working independently, balancing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
