Job Description

- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financials and transactions
- Maintain accuracy in reporting and support with the daily financial close
- Provide seamless guest service with a luxury standard mindset
- Monitor security and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Manage Opera Cloud software to maintain data accuracy and efficient checkin/out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts.
- Always uphold the hotels standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism
- Assist with the delivery of guest requests overnight including dining and amenities
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar night auditing role with essential expertise in Opera Cloud
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- A luxuryfocused approach with impeccable service standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (OperaCloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work from 11:00pm 7:00am with shifts ranging Monday Sunday
