Job Description
What youll do
- Manage daytoday F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all outlets.
- Ensure a consistently outstanding experience by monitoring and upholding service standards addressing guest feedback and implementing improvement plans.
- Develop monitor and manage budgets forecasts and cost controls to optimize profitability control expenses and maximize revenue.
- Recruit train and develop a talented F&B team fostering a positive work environment and encouraging high levels of engagement teamwork and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design and review menus that enhance the dining experience and align with market trends and guest preferences.
- Ensure all F&B operations meet health safety and hygiene standards and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage and reply to reviews promptly.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Estimate future needs for goods kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- Preferred hotel and restaurant experience
- A track record of managing large teams in restaurants bars and kitchens.
- Commercially savvy you know your way around a budget and forecast and have a strong understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar operation.
- Youre all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with leaving them with a memorable experience.
- You are a natural at leading and managing a team someone who creates a tightknit community thanks to a handson management style and enthusiasm.
