What You Will Be Doing:
- Create a welcoming environment for all guests of fl.2
- Knowledge of beverages menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards including cash handling and responsible service of alcohol
- Service all tables assigned in a timely manner answering guest questions and following dietary restrictions
- Handle guest recoveries or any concerns raised by guests
- Set up and tear down of service stations
- Complete side work and closing/opening duties
- Assist guests with inquiries
- Review daily reports arrivals VIPs and groups in house
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your Skills and Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrable previous experience as a server in a fast paced upscale restaurant is required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends required
- Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale System advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment while working cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
- Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
- Ability to stand and be mobile for up to 8 hours
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently
