Reporting to the Food & Beverage Stores Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Move stock from receiving area to stores and kitchens.
- Rotate store products with date stamping.
- Ensures accurate and prompt distribution of products to all departments through staff supervision and performance.
- Maintains accurate documentation of all issues for reporting purposes.
- Fill requisitions inventory to maintain minimum/maximum pars.
- Use of the BirchStreet system for the reorder issuing and receiving process.
- Daily cleaning of stores.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift 20kg weights on a continual basis during receiving process.
- Previous experience in food or hospitality industry preferred
- Complies with all Health and Safety regulations
- General knowledge of food and beverage specifications quality standards and receiving practices
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
