Job Description
Position: Dialysis Technologist
Start Date: 11/18/2024
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Sault St. Marie MI 49783
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Varied 8:00 AM 8:30 PM 12
Shift Notes: 8A 8:30P Shifts MonSat
Weekend Requirements: Required except Sundays
OnCall Requirements: No

EMR: Meditech/Clarity
Dress Code: Scrubs any color/pattern other than royal blue
As directed by the primary nurse performs work processes to accomplish organizational goals and positive patient outcomes. These work processes include patient education comfort/pain management psycho/social support wound and skin management care coordination and diagnostic/interventional procedures. The scope of practice includes patients of all ages.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- 2 Years of Experience Required
- 2 Successful Travel Assignments Required
- BLS Preferred
- Chronic Dialysis Experience Required

- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
