Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse(RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Start Date: 11/19/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Coos Bay OR 97420
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 12
Shift Notes: Must be able to float to MCU/PSU/APU 36 hours GTD not considering 48 hours at this time
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
OnCall Requirements: No Call
COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID vaccination no longer required
Traveler Policy: na
16 hours unbillable
OT is 1.25x BR
The client can cancel 4 shifts per 13 weeks
Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate the overall care of the patient.
Submission Requirements- Recent (in the past 2 years) acute care hospital experience REQUIRED
- 2 years experience of intermediate/progressive care experience REQUIRED
- The facility would consider a candidate with PCU/IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience
- Certifications dont need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- OR license doesnt need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain
