Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse Operating Room
Start Date: 11/21/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lawton OK 73505
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 6:30 AM 3:00 PM 8
Shift Notes: 6:30A 3:00P (40 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: 12 weekend days of call per 13week period.
OnCall Requirements: Some Call

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
Specific Policies:
- Multipliers No increased rate for OT Holiday and CallBack
- Orientation Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays
- 1 Year NIH Certification Link:
This unit cares for STEMI/NSTEMI CP ruleout CHF noninvasive ventilation Cardiothoracic surgery after ICU antiarrhythmic IV medications peripheral vascular compromise etc.
Submission Requirements- At least 2 years of experience Required
- Circulating experience Required
- Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS AHA NIH PALS ACLS AHA)
