Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse Hospice
Start Date: 11/11/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lansing MI 48917
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8:00 AM 4:30 PM 8
Shift Notes: 40 hrs guaranteed They would be part of our weekend rotation for oncall on days during the weekend (same shift time as during the week). Again this works out to about once a month or so (and it would be Saturday/Sunday typically).

Further Specifics:
- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
Our interdisciplinary hospice team provides a personalized plan of care focused on pain and symptom management while emphasizing quality of life and comfort.
Submission Requirements- 2 Years of Hospice Required
- Travel Experience Highly Preferred
- Home Care Home Base Highly Preferred
- Experience with Pain Pumps Preferred
