Job Description
We have partnered with a global industrial electrical manufacturing company in Highland IL area to provide them with a Sr. Application Engineer Genset Regulation Protection. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized must haves for the Senior Application Engineer Genset Regulation Protection:
#1 Must reside in the Central United States
#2. Must be able to travel 50% of the time
#3. Must have previous experience with gensets. automatic voltage regulators and/or control systems
Requirements of the Senior Application Engineer Genset Regulation Protection:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Experience with power systems.
- Knowledge of power system simulation and coordination tools.
- Interest in emerging power system technologies such as DC power Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) InverterBased Resources (IBRs) Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) microgrids etc.
Other Key Requirements:
- Remote position available
