Position: DevOps Engineer
Location: RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK NC 27709
Duration: 23 Months

Job Description:
Minimum qualifications
- Right to work in the country of residence for a minimum of 24 months
- Native English speaker or equivalent skills
- USfriendly time zone
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes OpenShift and OpenStack
- Significant experience with Ansible operation and playbook creation
- Bash shell scripting experience
- Experience creating and maintaining Python development environments on both Windows (preferably using WSL2) and MacOS systems
- Extensive experience with Github
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience in Linux system administration
- Desired qualifications
- Experience with Helm chart development or Kustomize
- Experience managing cloud environments such as AWS or GCS
- Strong ability to manage projects
- Experience with Postgres databases
- Experience with Python programming
Role
- In this role youll be the primary DevOps engineer for the Vulnerability Management Development team.
- Youll work to make sure our infrastructure is responsive and resilient.
- Youll work with individual developers to create a productive development environment on their local machines.
- Youll work with the overall team to design and deploy our application architecture in a container environment.
- Youll ensure our systems are secure by following relevant standards and performing patching and upgrades.
- Youll constantly research and suggest new tools or methodologies which can make our development more productive welltested and secure.
