Job Title: Software Application Developer
Duration: 1 year
Location: Greenville SC; Coppell TX; Houston TX; Tempe AZ; Greenwood Village CO No Remote option.

Summary:
This position offers the opportunity to work on NewRezs servicing system of record Servicing Director. This proprietary system is used to service over 3.5 million loans for one of the nations largest servicers. As a developer you will be directly responsible for creating new features making enhancements and performance improvements as well as troubleshooting and fixing any issues/bugs.
Job Duties:
Create and modify complex SQL stored procedures used for critical financial calculations.
Enhance and/or modify existing windows applications developed in VC/MFC
Create/modify reports in Crystal Reports
Create or modify imports and exports used to interface with third party vendors
Closely interact with Business Analysts to flush out details of requirements and assess the best solution.
Unit test all changes
Provide assistance to QA
Participate in code reviews of other developers work
Qualifications/Skills:
The ideal candidate is experienced with Visual C and Microsoft SQL (TSQL) and exposure to VB VB Script and Crystal Reports is preferred.
Experience or knowledge of mortgage servicing is preferred.
