Job Title: MultiCraft Maintenance Technician
Location: Onsite Graniteville SC US
Job Type: Permanent FullTime
Salary Range: As per Exp.
Additional Compensation: $7500 signon bonus Company Result Sharing Bonus (paid weekly)
Relocation Package: Available nationwide
We are seeking an experienced MultiCraft Maintenance Technician to support a 24/7 tire production facility in Graniteville SC. This role directly reports to the Area Maintenance Supervisor and requires expertise in maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment to ensure continuous operation of assigned production areas. The position offers opportunities for career growth and handson experience with stateoftheart equipment in a familyoriented safetyfirst work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair industrial production equipment conveyors pipeline distribution systems and process control systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with various PLCs networking/communications systems (EtherNet/IP ControlNet DeviceNet) AC drives motors and automated controls.
- Calibration: Calibrate devices for flow level pressure and temperature.
- Repair & Inspection: Conduct equipment rebuilds and repairs inspect parts for wear and damage and test machinery for safe operation.
- Technical Documentation: Interpret and use blueprints schematics manuals and technical drawings to perform work.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Additional Tasks: Utilize hoists lifts hand and power tools welding equipment and testing devices as needed.
- MultiCraft Expertise: Proficiency in electrical mechanical and electronic maintenance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience or 3 years plus an Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance.
- Availability: Willingness to work 12hour rotating shifts on a modified DuPont schedule with flexibility to cover both day and night shifts as needed.
- PLC Knowledge: Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Electrical Systems: Familiarity with 480volt and 3phase motors.
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Proficient in the maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
