Conduct interviews of complainants witnesses respondents;drafting summaries of interviews;
Prepare investigation plans and prepare final investigation reports;
Assist in developing and providing trainings on matters related to discrimination and harassment in the workplace;
Draft formal letters related to the investigation;
Review and monitor employment practices and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal antidiscrimination laws and EEO/policies and procedures;
Monitor and manage office email inbox.
Assist in tracking and maintaining records ofdiscrimination and sexual harassment complaints;
Prepare necessary correspondence; performing other duties as required.Full Time
