Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and exceptional problemsolving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and repair faults in heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Install new HVAC/R equipment following industry standards and guidelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and junior technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations when working with HVAC/R systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair.
- Valid HVAC/R certification or license as required by state regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems and component functions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
- Fulltime position with potential overtime hours based on project needs.
- Work may require travel within the specified hiring area.
- Position requires physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Company vehicle and tools provided for workrelated tasks.
