As an Intermediate/Senior iOS Engineer on the Kickbase product team you will bring a solid understanding of our product its core components and the workflows and tech stack around it. Youll contribute to product development by independently handling small midsized and complex tasks. In addition youll play an active role in ensuring quality performance and scalability while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of small and midsized tasks independently
- Handle complex tasks collaborating with mentors or senior team members when needed
- Proactively deepen your understanding of our product platform and tech stack
- Ensure quality and performance standards are met through an endtoend approach
- Foster and promote a strong culture of constructive feedback within the team
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Question existing workflows processes and decisions to contribute to improvements
- Support the team in achieving quarterly OKRs alongside the management team
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members fostering their growth and technical skills
- Act as the first line of support for junior and intermediate team members
- Actively participate in each development activity
MUST HAVES
- Strong knowledge of Swift/ObjectiveC programming languages
- Comprehensive understanding of the iOS platform and its components
- Experience with transitions animations and app performance optimization
- Familiarity with the entire product development workflow
- Understanding of team dynamics collaboration and interdependencies
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Based in Osijek Croatia

- Proven experience in commercial software development
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior engineers
- Understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Relevant certifications in software development
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
