By the end of 2024 our goal is clear: we aim to be the goto growth partner for leading DTC brands that want to scale hard. Our creatives drive this growth and we need a detailoriented professional to ensure every creative meets the highest standards before it goes live.
Who are we looking for
We are hiring a Creative Quality Specialista key role in our team that ensures every piece of content is topquality and ready to perform. Youll ensure that all video and image ads we produce are optimized errorfree and ready to convert.
This isnt just a checklist role. We need someone who can spot the nuances that make ads perform better and can push for excellence across the board.

Review and Approve Ads: You will work closely with our creative strategists and editors to ensure every ad (image video and animation) is highquality errorfree and ready to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR Scrollstop and CPA.
Maintain Quality Standards: You will implement a robust QA process for reviewing all creative assets ensuring they meet our brand and performance standards before going live.
Analyze and Provide Feedback: You will analyze creative performance postlaunch identifying trends in winning ads and providing actionable feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
Stay UptoDate with Industry Trends: You will stay current with the latest social media ad trends tools and best practices to ensure our creative output remains toptier.
Collaborate with the Creative Team: You will collaborate with editors to flag and correct inconsistencies quality issues and ensure smooth execution across all media platforms.
C1 English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear concise feedback and ensure ad copy and visuals are flawless.
Ecommerce Experience: Familiarity with DTC brands and ecommerce marketing to understand what makes highperforming ads.
Min. 40mbps Internet Speed: Fast reliable internet to review and approve creatives efficiently without delay.
High Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for catching inconsistencies errors and anything that could affect the quality and performance of our ads.
Experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing (Adobe Suite): Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop and Illustrator to identify design and video editing issues and collaborate effectively with the creative team.
