Job Description
- Point of Care Documentation will be expected Traveler will be provided with a tablet but not a cell phone
- Expectation that Travelers will perform 45 Visits per day and 2025 Visits per week
- 40 cents per mile
- One hour coverage radius
- Any Traveler interested in Temp to Perm will be shot to the top of the list for consideration.
Requirement description :
- 2 Years of Hospice Required
- Travel Experience Highly Preferred
- Home Care Home Base Highly Preferred
- Experience with Pain Pumps Preferred
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active Prior to submission
Weekend Requirements : They would be part of our weekend rotation for on call on days during the weekend (same shift time as during the week). Again this works out to about once a month or so (and it would be Saturday/Sunday typically).
