Roles and responsibilities
1. Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the proper presentation of beverages, including latte art and garnish.
2. Customer Service
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, taking their orders and answering questions about the menu.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport with regular customers to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
3. Cash Handling
- Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
4. Menu Knowledge
- Stay informed about the menu offerings, including various coffee types, brewing methods, and food pairings.
- Recommend beverages and food items to customers based on their preferences.
5. Cleanliness and Maintenance

Desired candidate profile
1. Educational Background
