Job Description
Position: Travel Nurse (RN/LPN)
Locations: Barre Springfield Burlington VT
Contract Duration: 13 to 14 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 to 40 hours (flexible options available)
Pay: Weekly gross pay open for discussion
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Travel Nurses to provide highquality patient care in healthcare facilities across Barre Springfield and Burlington. This role requires skilled nursing professionals ready to adapt quickly and support diverse patient populations including geriatric and rehabilitative care. Travel Nurses will collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and wellbeing and will actively contribute to maintaining an effective and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct nursing care including administering medication wound care and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and manage EMR records effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans selfcare techniques and medical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Licensure: Active RN or LPN license (multistate or valid for Vermont).
- Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS certification (depending on facility requirements).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting; experience in longterm rehabilitative or geriatric care preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems and strong communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly acclimate to new environments and work effectively within diverse healthcare teams.
