We are seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the creation of immersive 3D elements for our upcoming events. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of event design, including venue layouts, stage designs, and captivating 3D visuals for our hero video and after film. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D design and will collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure that all designs align with the event's branding and enhance the overall visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

As a 3D Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating 3D Elements: Design and develop engaging 3D models and visuals that will be used throughout the event. This includes venue layouts that maximize space and functionality, as well as striking stage designs that captivate audiences.

• Collaborative Design: Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to ensure that all 3D designs are cohesive with the overall event theme and branding. Your input will be crucial in harmonizing visual elements with the narrative of the event, especially for video productions.

• Visual Storytelling: Contribute to the development of compelling visuals for the hero video and after film, ensuring that the 3D elements enhance the storytelling and leave a lasting impression on the audience.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an agency or design studio, with a portfolio that showcases a strong understanding of 3D design principles and techniques.

• Technical Skills: Full proficiency in 3D software and tools is essential. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar programs. Experience with AI tools that enhance design processes is also a must.

• Motorsports Experience: A portfolio that includes work for motorsports events is highly desirable. This experience will help you understand the unique requirements and dynamics of designing for high-energy, fast-paced environments.
