ServiceNow ITOM Architect
This role requires a strategic thinker who can align IT service management solutions with business goals and drive successful implementations
Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM).
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define architecture and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices and ServiceNow architecture standards.
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints design documents and other technical documentation.
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
Ensure the scalability performance and security of ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct architectural reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features capabilities and industry trends.
Mentor and train junior architects and developers.
Participate in presales activities including solution presentations and proposal development.
