Job Description
Job Summary:
Salary: $ 2800 $3500
Monday Friday; 8:30am 6pm
Company Transport
- Support the Business Account Management team to drive revenue in all aspects of the sales process including lead generation customer inquiries order processing and postsales support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing prompt and accurate information addressing queries and concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Create sales proposals and quotation preparation with estimates ensuring accuracy and lead time delivery conditions to meet customers expectations.
- Knowledge of project management activities including project planning scheduling requirements
- and coordination with technical and production teams to meet customers requirements.
- After Sales support and working with the technical team for servicing customers requirements
including post sales warranty support activities. - Conduct research on market trends competitors and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Assist in the planning coordination and execution of trade shows industry events and customer demonstrations to promote products and services.
- Perform various administrative tasks including maintaining sales records preparing sales documentation reports managing calendars and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Additional Information:
- Min degree in Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics Marine Engineering or relevant fields
- Posses 13 years of experience as Sales or Marketing Executive in an Electrical or Mechanical based company or shipyard
- Knowledge in Project Management
