Job Description

PreK through 1st Grade Illinois Special Education Instructor Amazing Opportunity!

Our organization is actively seeking a passionate Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for a selfcontained classroom for the current academic year. This fulltime position is guaranteed through the end of the school year with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

As the Early Childhood SelfContained Teacher you will create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the diverse needs of young learners. You will work closely with parents caregivers and staff to develop strategies that address each child s unique challenges and support their developmental growth. The role also includes participation in districtprovided professional development to stay updated with best practices in early childhood special education.

Requirements

Illinois LBS1 K12 Teaching Certification
Bachelors Degree in Special Education or related degree
Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role
Experience working with children with a wide range of varying abilities
