Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solution a growing dynamic organization with a social mission to offer hope is seeking an individual to join our family! The ideal candidate will join an awardwinning team and perform meaningful work in a culture that welcomes innovation encourages creative expression and offers limitless potential for personal and professional satisfaction.

This position spans the full school year and offers an opportunity to support students with autism or other developmental delays in a highly structured learning environment. Working within the program focuses on providing intensive support for students communication social skills and behavior management. Students receive individualized academic instruction through an alternate or modified curriculum tailored to their unique needs. The small class size allows for targeted interventions and close collaboration with each student.

Brief Overview:

Monitor and document student progress adjusting strategies to meet IEP goals.
Implement an alternate or modified academic curriculum based on each students needs.
Work closely with paraprofessionals and support staff to create a supportive structured learning environment.
Deliver specialized instruction on communication social skills and positive behavior support in a structured smallgroup setting.

Requirements

Experience working early childhood caseload.
Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role.
A bachelors degree from an accredited university is required. Masters degree is a plus!
Have an Illinois PEL with special education (LSB1) endorsement (no other certification will be accepted at this time).
