Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team focusing on the Miles US (STEM) Pathway. This role involves sourcing domestic talent managing candidate relationships ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Domestic Talent Sourcing:
- Drive business development efforts to engage candidates for the Miles US (STEM) Pathway.
- Utilize inside sales and telecalling techniques to reach prospective candidates.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build a pipeline of healthcare professionals.
Screening & Selection:
- Conduct resume reviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates and evaluate their skills experience and alignment with program requirements.
- Perform credential verification to maintain high standards of candidate quality.
Compliance with Local Regulations:
- Ensure all recruitment and hiring practices comply with applicable local regulations and guidelines.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates ensuring a positive experience from sourcing through selection.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Knowledge of local compliance and credentialing requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
