Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau and Alteryx to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics visualization and workflow automation. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to transform data into actionable insights and to streamline data processes enhancing business decisionmaking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
- Tableau Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide visual insights for stakeholders across different business units.
- Alteryx Workflow Automation: Create maintain and optimize Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation blending and analysis processes.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular auditing and validation checks following best practices for data governance.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts data engineers and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing analytics processes and tools promoting efficient and scalable data practices.
- Documentation: Document processes workflows and data sources to ensure transparency and reproducibility in analytics efforts.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years Experience at a Product Owner / Lead level for Tableau or other Analytical tools
- Ability to Understand Business Goals and create reports and Visualizations that help the business in decisionmaking
- Experience with Contact Center and Customer Service Data and Visualization
- Atleast 5 yrs Handson experience with tableau
- Experience using ETL tools like Alteryx to setup and manage data pipelines for reporting
- Ability to Lead a team to develop and present the Business Insights
