Job Description
Our client a leading multinational construction company in Lagos is seeking to employ an experienced security professional to fill the role of Chief Security Officer (CSO). The ideal candidate must have a strong law enforcement or military service background and a proven track record of leadership and security expertise.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a security officer. Minimum SSCE certificate or diploma. Must be an Ex-police officer or ex-military personnel with a verifiable retirement letter. Proven leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and security of personnel assets and facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential security threats.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel and activities.
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a security officer.

- Must be an Expolice officer or exmilitary personnel with a verifiable retirement letter.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
