The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting customer demands while minimizing costs. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive efficiency.
Logistics Management: Expertise in managing logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Inventory Management: Proficiency in overseeing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing stock levels to reduce costs while meeting customer needs.
Supplier Relationship Management: Strong skills in negotiating and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Management: Experience in leading projects related to supply chain optimization, system implementations, or process improvements.
Risk Management: Skills in identifying potential risks within the supply chain and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other departments, such as procurement, production, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
