Job Title: Sales and Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Lead you will sell into your current customers by building and maintaining account plans whitespace reporting business reviews and pitching new projects to deliver business value
- Define lead and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on new leads
- Lead and execute brand marketing campaigns through social media emails and cold calling
- Our ideal candidate is a creative problemsolver who thinks outside the box is willing to roll up their sleeves to partner with Salesforce on joint pursuits to win deals and collaborate with a crossfunctional internal team to write the Statement of Work (SOW) and present to business leaders
- Develop new relationships and leverage internal relationships with AEs RVPs and AVPs to source and close new pursuits
- Produce and consistently manage a healthy pipeline with accurate next steps and close dates
- Develop and maintain account plans tier your accounts and cover your territory of existing accounts to reliably generate upsell pipeline
- Grow RxCloud s brand on LinkedIn by increasing engagement on the company page and managing group participation.
- Develop highquality content for LinkedIn blogs case studies and newsletters.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns focusing on increasing LinkedIn group memberships and lead generation.
- Analyze data from various marketing channels and refine strategies to improve KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with RxCloud s service offerings and business goals.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Sales and Marketing
- 5 years of experience in full life cycle of IT services sales
- 5 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution
- 2 years experience selling into the life science domain (nice to have)
- Experience selling in SMB/SME segment to Clevel executives
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and optimize results.
- Candidate has to be flexible to travel all over India
Preferred:
- Exposure to life sciences and IT industry
