Job Description
Position Overview:
Join our dedicated healthcare team as an Ultrasound Technician on the day shift where youll play an essential role in providing quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. As an Ultrasound Tech youll work alongside skilled professionals in a supportive environment that values excellence compassion and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
- Perform highquality ultrasound exams following established protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
- Ensure patient safety comfort and privacy throughout the imaging process.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Stay updated with the latest ultrasound technology and best practices.
MustHaves:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program and eligibility for ARDMS registry (completion required within 9 months of hire) OR current ARRT registry with ultrasound credential.
- Certification: American Heart Association BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
