Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of security standards and practices within our organization. This role involves overseeing security operations collaborating with compliance teams and directing security initiatives to strengthen the overall security posture. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT security management and a passion for enhancing security measures across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage security analysts.
- Develop and maintain security architecture and compliance programs.
- Implement auditing processes for adherence to security standards.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage security audits.
- Interface with crossfunctional teams to promote security awareness and best practices.
Technical Skills Required:
- 5 years in Systems and Network Security
- 5 years in IT Security Experience
- 2 years of Management experience
- AWS security reviews/security assessments experience
- Industry certifications such as CISSP CompTIA Security or AWS Certified Security
