Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Travel LPN with at least one year of experience to join our healthcare team. In this role you will communicate with various departments supervise and orient new staff and manage the nursing schedule to ensure continuous healthcare coverage. You will also work closely with physicians maintain healthcare records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with outside departments and provide essential training.
- Supervise orientation for new healthcare staff and provide ongoing education.
- Manage staff scheduling and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Take afterhours callins to maintain healthcare coverage.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain necessary documentation.
