Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to provide technical desktop support and assist with the operation of hardware and software. This role involves managing IT incidents supporting assistive technology and ensuring efficient workstation deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support and a passion for enhancing user experience through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware/software and assistive technology.
- Manage incident and change management tickets effectively.
- Perform diagnostics and installation of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with remote IT support teams and communicate with users to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on current and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience in assistive technology hardware/software.
- 5 years of desktop and enduser support experience.
- Proficient in MS products with troubleshooting skills.
- Strong team player with demonstrated customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple mediums.
