QA Engineer

- This role requires comprehension of software testing methodologies and processes Responsibilities include planning and executing tests communicating results to colleagues in Engineering business and editorial teams A key aspect is developing strategies to improve coverage and speed of test cycle execution through effective use of automation and analysis tools
- This engineer should be well versed with Cypress Playwright Jest and PHPUnit They should be familiar with tools such as Ghost Inspector
- This engineer should understand the Monolithic WordPress environment Two front ends creator and reader how the data is stored accessed Theme plugin ecosystem This is not just testing a website its an entire ecosystem
