Job Description
Title: DevOps with Salesforce
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
JD: Day to Day / Job Function:
- Gather requirements define design and implement DevOps architecture.
- Deploy releases to various environments and perform Hotfixes and Rollbacks as needed
- Write build scripts & pipelines to implement endtoend build and deployment orchestration. Verify successful continuous delivery deployments
- Define and implement branching strategies to support parallel software development
- Review continuous delivery validation builds for failures and resolve deployment issues with Development & Configuration teams
- Advanced GIT skills move development and configuration work between version control branches
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Required Qualifications.
- 5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role that include completing at least 4 projects in a development role
- 5 years of experience using DevOps best practices and modern CI/CD design principles within an Agile environment
- 5 years of experience developing custom business logic in APEX writing test classes creating LWC Visualforce Pages and Triggers.
- Deep understanding of scratch orgs & proficient working with implementing packagebased deployments in Salesforce.
- Handson experience with any of Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab Azure DevOps Copado Flosum or other CI/CD tools
