Job Title: Coval Engineer
Location: Longmont CO (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Coval Engineer to join our client s team responsible for product bringup and testing across SSD and NVMe solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SSD firmware functionalities embedded software development and crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product BringUp & Testing: Manage all aspects of product bringup testing and validation processes.
  • SSD/NVMe Expertise: Work with SSD firmware functionalities including PLI firmware updates interrupts security telemetry and integration testing.
  • Embedded Firmware Development: Develop and debug firmware applications protocols frameworks and commandline utilities.
  • Component Integration: Bring up new SoCs chipsets sensors and boards ensuring smooth poweron activities.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware OS test operations and other teams to design and enable testing strategies for new product components.
  • Scripting & Linux: Utilize Lua and Python scripting on Linux platforms to enhance testing and automation processes.
