Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP ) or industry equivalent like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMIACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)

A. At least five (5) years of experience in the following areas:
Software Development Life Cycle
Configuration Management
Risk Management
Communication Management
Building and Managing Project Teams
Scheduling (WBS/Level of Estimate)
Earned Value
Change Management
A. At least five (5) years of experience in the following areas:

Quality Assurance to include the following aspects:
o Creating test plans
o Managing testing
o Organizing results

o Organizing results
B. Possess expertise in at least four (4) of the following types of systems:
Asset Management
Budget Systems
Document Management Systems
Financial Systems
Human Resource Systems
Infrastructure Support
Maintenance Management
Management Reporting
Procurement Systems
Project/Program/Portfolio Management Systems
Business Process Improvement
Asset Management
Budget Systems
Document Management Systems
Financial Systems
Human Resource Systems

Maintenance Management

C. Prior experience leading efforts where SDLC Waterfall Agile and Hybrid methodologies were employed in System Design (e.g. system personalization/customization)
