Job Description

The State of Wisconsin is looking for two (2) Business Analyst/Consultant IIs

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

Two years experience facilitating process mapping efforts in a service environment.

Two years experience managing projects and meeting deadlines.

Two years experience producing written documentation and recommendations.

General understanding of HR processes.

Experience with validating data found in reports and queries.

Nice to Have:

Two years experience analyzing or implementing information technology solutions.

Three years experience working in an HR setting or directly supporting HR project management or strategic planning.

Three years experience working in a government setting.

Interview Process: One round via Teams. Potentially more rounds if needed.

Duration of Contract: Until 6/30/2025 with extension possible projected to be 12 months. If extended the contract will end on 12/31/2025 unless extended into Q1 2026.

Onsite or Remote Candidate MUST reside in the state of Wisconsin. No relocation allowed. Worksite is in Madison WI with a minimum expectation of 12 days per week in office (typically Wednesdays) with some additional times in person as needed for further engagement with Workstream Teams.

Additional details: The State does not pay for any expenses for the personnel to come or go from the work site.
