Job Description
Job Title: EHS Analyst (DOT/OSHA)
Location: Rochester NY 14624
Duration: 13 months Contract
Rate: $29 Hourly
Part Time position 1012 hours/week
Description:
Support ongoing DOT and OSHA medical compliance efforts in NYS. Support internal employee with: 1. Scheduling tracking reporting on onsite medical exams including.
a. DOT physicals including needed submittals to DMV
b. Audiograms including all notifications to employees supervisors and managers
c. OSHA Respirator Fit Tests
d. Asbestos and Lead related exams as needed
e. Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule
2. Working with clients Third Party Administrator (Gregory and Howe) on the implementation of clients Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Drivers Program
a. Submit needed records for MVRs.
Requirements:

c. Support DOT statistical reporting
Education:
Minimum HS diploma or GED required prefer associates degree. Required 35 years clerical experience with a preference for past compliance and DOT ex
