Position: Learning and Development Specialist
Location: Owings Mills MD

Job Description:
- Facilitates training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the right skills knowledge/abilities to perform their assigned tasks strengthen current skills and acquire new skills to meet current and future business demands.
- Both virtual Instructorled and Instructorled training programs are delivered to maximize reach and impact on the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Facilitates both virtual instructorled & instructorled training that reflect adult learning ideas to build capabilities and drive behavioral change and engage learners Utilizes business trends and postlearning evaluation to improve training content and delivery.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of training materials.
- Partners with coordinators to maintain scheduling of training courses. Qualifications:
- Education Bachelors Degree OR In lieu of a Bachelors degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- 2 years Experience delivering various training teaching or adult learning modules to large audiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning delivery methods and principles. Knowledge and understanding of learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to troubleshoot and use video editing software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to uncover insights.
- Ability to analyze organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.

- Skill in talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Must be able to effectively work in a fastpaced environment with frequently changing priorities deadlines and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers within set expectations for service excellence.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
