Role: Oracle ERP Solution (Functional) Lead R2R

Job Summary:
The Oracle ERP Solution (Functional) Lead R2R will be responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of the RecordtoReport (R2R) processes within an Oracle ERP (EBS) transformation project. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS R2R modules including General Ledger (GL) Payable Accounts (AP) Fixed Assets (FA) and Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS). The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams business stakeholders and technical consultants to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business requirements and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design configuration and implementation of R2R modules (GL AP FA AGIS) within Oracle EBS ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current R2R processes identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency accuracy and compliance.
- Functional Expertise: Serve as the goto expert for Oracle EBS R2R modules providing guidance on functionality configuration options and integration points with other ERP modules.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather detailed requirements conduct gap analysis and design solutions that address both global and local business needs.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans coordinate and execute functional testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure highquality errorfree implementations.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications process flows and training materials and deliver training sessions to endusers and superusers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams effectively communicating requirements project status and issue resolution.
- Change Management: Support change management activities to ensure high user adoption and smooth transition to the new Oracle ERP (EBS) environment for R2R processes.
- PostImplementation Support: Provide postgolive support and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle EBS with at least 7 years specializing in R2R modules (GL AP FA AGIS).
- Functional Expertise: Indepth knowledge of Oracle EBS R2R modules and strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and intercompany processes.
- Project Experience: Proven experience in fullcycle Oracle ERP implementations including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and postgolive support.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams including business users IT staff and external consultants to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Oracle EBS Financials certification or similar ERPrelated certifications.
- Global Experience: Experience with global implementations and localization requirements including multicurrency and intercompany transaction complexities.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industryspecific financial practices in sectors such as Telecommunication or retail.
