Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in operations and supply chain management to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods and services managing project timelines coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring that operational and supply chain objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills/Experience
Project Management: Plan initiate and oversee projects related to operations and supply chain ensuring alignment with business objectives deadlines and budget constraints.
Supply Chain Coordination: Manage and optimize supply chain processes including procurement vendor relations logistics and inventory management to support project deliverables.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operations and supply chain activities recommend process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (procurement logistics finance and production) and external vendors to align resources and drive project success.
Risk Management: Anticipate identify and mitigate project risks including supply chain disruptions operational delays and vendor compliance issues.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data to monitor progress track KPIs and produce reports on project status budget performance and operational impact.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all project activities adhere to regulatory standards and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Business or related field
35 years of experience in project management within operations and supply chain with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles procurement and vendor management
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana) and data analytics tools
Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP CAPM) is a plus
