RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attraction marketing we train you in various social and other digital marketing methods.
- Structured interviewing & assessment of potential fit for our solutions.
- Coaching clients to create actionable strategies for success and achieve their goals.
- Onboarding training new team members.
- Mentoring colleagues to assist them to achieve their personal and professional goals and make meaningful change.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We look for the exceptional not average or ordinary.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 5 yrs experience in a profession or trade (post study).
- Coaching mentoring training leadership and/or leadership development experience in any industry type.
- English: Native/Fluent/Advanced.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Ability and selfmotivated to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen (highly desirable).
- Excellent time management.
- Proactive and solution focused.
- Familiar with social media platforms advertising and/or a willingness to learn.
