Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
2. Manage endtoend recruitment process.
3. Source candidates through various channels.
4. Conduct interviews and assessments.
5. Build relationships with hiring managers.
6. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
7. Analyse recruitment metrics.
8. Lead recruitment team members.
Requirements:
1. 3 year to 8 years of recruitment experience.
2. Proven track record of successful hiring.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment principles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Recruitment certification (e.g. CIPD SHRM).
2. Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
3. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
