Desired candidate profile
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in finance, business administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are highly valued.
2. Experience
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.
