Job Description
The Director Information Technology and Security reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The position coordinates the Information Technology services and Security for Matech Client overseeing the implementation of technologybased applications that support all team members and ensuring the security of MSGI properties domain and software.

Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the IT team providing guidance mentorship and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in line with headquarters guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy to support the divisions growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
- Ensure IT alignment with the divisions business objectives and headquarters directives.
IT Operations:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department including network administration system maintenance and user support.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
- Manage IT budgets resources and vendor relationships.
Project Management:
- Lead IT projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to implement new technologies and systems.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and corporate policies.
- Identify and mitigate IT related risks.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Physical Security
Knowledge of maintain security of offices yards lots ect
Evaluate and implement security cameras and access control devices
Work with Safety and Leadership to mitigate and resolve physical security breaches
WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/MISrelated area or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years experience in technical support of PC networks system operations and servers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Relevant Certifications (e.g. PMP ITIL CISSP).
Excellent client service interpersonal and communication skills
Selfstarter able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds
Ability to understand and negotiate contract agreements
Working knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras
Working knowledge of access control systems
Problemsolving mindset organizational abilities attention to detail and logical thinking skills
Strong work ethic organized reliable and punctual; flexibility and willingness to accept changes in priorities as necessary
