Mize is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our financial recordkeeping. This role will be integral to ensuring accurate timely and efficient financial operations across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate posting across accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements regularly to maintain precision in financial records.
- Accounts Payable: Manage the endtoend AP process including vendor invoice processing approval workflows and timely payment reconciliations.
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Tax Reporting: Handle VAT and other tax submissions to regulatory authorities.
- Audit Support: Assist with financial audits as necessary ensuring compliance with all standards.
- Team Support: Provide additional support to the finance team as required
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of proven payroll and bookkeeping experience from hightech companies
- Experience working in global companies with multicurrency environment
- Outofthebox thinking multitasking skills independence highly motivated and committed
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
- Organized with high attention to details
- High proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with NetSuite an advantage
