Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our team responsible for developing and augmenting postSilicon test generators. This role requires a solid understanding of preSilicon DV test generation techniques and expertise in applying them to postSilicon environments. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance the test frameworks ensuring robust performance and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and optimize postSilicon test generators.
- Collaborate with preSilicon verification teams to translate test generation techniques for postSilicon test environments.
- Utilize constrained random test generation techniques for effective test coverage.
- Enhance pre and postSilicon coverage and identify critical coverage gaps.
- Work with preSilicon Simulation and Emulation platforms to validate designs.
- Develop and maintain test methodologies and tools improving efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in hardware design engineering with a focus on test generation.
- Indepth knowledge of preSilicon DV test generation techniques and their application to postSilicon testing.
- Handson experience with constrained random test generators and techniques.
- Proficiency in Python C/C and embedded software development with experience on Linux OS and base metal.
- Familiarity with version control systems including Git and Perforce.
- Strong background in tool and methodology development as well as software skills.
